Los Angeles (Reuters) --Schauspielerin Lindsay Lohan are Los Angeles court Wednesday allow judges to determine whether they the requirements of her probation from a conviction shoplifting progress.
A trial in July revealed that Lohan was in accordance with their community service, fines and shoplifting consulting requirements, but it is logged not for the Court-ordered psychological counseling.
Their lawyer argued at the time, that a break in the health insurance of Lohan's-because they are not in the last year-has worked it had prevented from paying for the psychological counseling.
Lohan warned Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Stephanie Sautner they could come up in the prison, if they have signed not for advice in three weeks.
Group-Consulting, which take in young scientists is often free or low-cost, but the judges with her lawyer that her celebrity status is not practical.
It is unclear whether Lohan as has fulfilled this requirement.
Lohan, 25, guilty in May to stealing a necklace from a Venice, California jewelry history.
Their legal problems, which began with two drunken driving arrests four years ago by her failure visit advice have been reinforced and alcohol and drugs-test error.
Their trial is supposed to stop, unless, of course, Lohan breaks up then laws within a year. It was expanded several times due to injuries of probation, including alcohol and drug test failure.
Lohan managed not an alcohol test of a probation officer in June and was ordered to go violation hearing before the judge on probation. But her lawyer convinces that the judges of the tests was expired request in February.
Earlier this year ruled that drinking alcohol judges that she must now and is no longer needed, take random drug testing.
